Common Symptoms
- The app opens to a white screen or the UI never loads.
- Clicking the app leaves a background process but no usable window.
- The system mentions missing WebView2, runtime components or dependencies.
- The wrong x64 or arm64 package causes launch problems.
Recommended Order
- Confirm Windows version and CPU architecture, then download the matching package again.
- Install or repair Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime.
- Quit leftover background processes and reopen the client.
- Test normal system proxy first; do not enable TUN immediately.
- If it still fails, back up the profile directory before reinstalling.
